Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is undoubtedly the most amazing player. He has contributed 5 goals and 4 assists in the last 6 Premier League games.
His form has helped put United back in contention for a top four spot with the club just three points away from Chelsea, having been 11 behind when Jose Mourinho was sacked.
The Sun revealed that the Frenchman intends to leave United in January this year, after he was not happy to play under Mourinho.
Pogba was desperately unhappy under Mourinho and was pushing for a move to Barcelona last summer before Ed Woodward made it clear that he would not be sold.
However, Pogba’s form under interim United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been sensational and he is keen to repay the club’s faith in him by signing a new deal, according to the Sun.
“He’s a World Cup winner,” Solskjaer said. “Paul’s a terrific lad. When I had him as a kid as well, he was always the happy-go-lucky lad and he’s not changed personality-wise.”
“He’s a better player and, of course, he’s one I want to get the best out of. You have so many quality players that I want to try to get the best out of and he’s no different to anybody else.” Solskjaer added.
The Frenchman has endure a mixed two years at United since returning to the club from Juventus, and it has been suggested that his agent Mino Raiola was trying to secure Pogba a move away from the Premier League giants.
