Lottoland Solutions signs exclusive partnership deal with Playtech BGT Sports

Online lottery betting technologies provider Lottoland Solutions has announced the signing of an ‘exclusive lotto betting agreement’ with the Playtech BGT Sports sports betting subsidiary of London-listed games and systems developer Playtech. Licensed by authorities in the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Ireland and Australia, Lottoland Solutions declared that the deal will see Playtech BGT Sports become the first retail provider to supply its ‘jackpot lotto betting products’ to self-service betting terminals sited in bookmakers spread across Great Britain. As such, it stated that this is to see thousands of British customers presented with the ability to utilize these machines in order to place wagers on the outcome of a range of future international lotteries.

“Our jackpot lotto betting products are popular across a range of markets and customers [and] we are excited to be providing these products to Playtech BGT Sports for its retail customers,” read a statement from Lottoland Solutions’ Michael Bogie. “Playtech BGT Sports is at the forefront of innovation in the sector and our lotto betting will be a very popular addition to its self-service betting terminals.”

Lottoland Solutions explained that it has so far paid out in excess of $296.2 million courtesy of its over 15 products and recently augmented this offering by launching its very own turnkey business-to-business lottery betting service. John Pettit from Playtech BGT Sports proclaimed that the agreement with Lottoland Solutions will allow his firm to ‘add a wider range of lotto betting products with bigger jackpot payouts to our existing numbers portfolio’ in order to present players with ‘further choice’.

“Bookmakers have offered bets on lottos for years as part of their numbers betting portfolio and it has been popular on our terminals for some time now but we believe the innovation and customer service delivered by this partnership will take us a step further to becoming a one-stop shop for all betting operators and bookmakers,” read a statement from Pettit.
