Manchester United stars unhappy with Alexis Sanchez deal

Alexis Sanchez has already started making problems for Jose Mourinho at Manchester United. The Chilean star arrived at Old Trafford this month after a lengthy transfer saga. With his contract expiring at the Emirates, clubs fought one another to secure the ex-Barcelona forward’s signature. It was widely expected he would reunite with Pep Guardiola at Manchester City. But that was until the Red Devils blew their rival’s out of the water with a monster contract. The 29-year-old put pen to paper on a deal worth around £500,000-a-week with the Europa League champions.

It means that Sanchez is the fourth-highest paid player on the planet, behind Lionel Messi, Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo. And Don Balon have reported that this is at the epicentre of clashes in the dressing room. Paul Pogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and David de Gea are all reportedly unhappy about his salary. Although there has not been any direct confrontations between the stars, Jose Mourinho is aware that a situation could explode at any time. Sanchez, on the other hand, is enjoying his arrival at United. The report suggests that the ex-Udinese striker is delighted with his treatment at the club and has felt very welcome. Meanwhile, Arsene Wenger of Arsenal has been told he is better than Jose Mourinho for Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Jose Mourinho has ordered Alexis Sanchez‘s locker to be placed next to Marcus Rashford’s in Manchester United‘s changing room, according to reports. The Chile international completed his switch to Old Trafford on Monday in a deal which saw Henrikh Mkhitaryan move in the opposite direction to Arsenal. Sanchez made his debut in the 4-0 victory over Yeovil Town on Friday and after the match, Mourinho said the 29-year-old’s arrival brings ‘maturity and class’ to his squad and believed the forward set an example for his younger teammates. ‘His [Sanchez’s] choice for the second goal is a choice that a player like Marcus Rashford is too nervous to make,’ said Mourinho.

The Armenian winger moved to the Emirates as part of the Sanchez transfer and his national boss believes he will do him wonders. “We are very happy with this transfer from Manchester United,” he said. “His style of play will be better suited at Arsenal. “I think Wenger is better for Henrikh. “He is always one of the best players in the Premier league but, under this manager he will become even stronger.”
