After the successful opening of a purpose-built Live Casino studio earlier this year in Vancouver, Canada, Evolution Gaming (STO: EVO) announced Wednesday that its new production hub in Tbilisi, Georgia, is now live. It is the ninth studio for the Latvia-headquartered provider of video-streamed live dealer gaming solutions. According to the news release, the state-of-the-art studio in Tbilisi at launch counted more than 100 employees, which with growth of operations throughout the year is expected to increase.
The Tbilisi studio opening coincides with a period of extreme growth and high demand for Evolution’s products and dedicated environments. For that reason, Evolution’s newest studio and third major central production studio in Europe was created to be utilized as a service hub for multiple licenses and markets. The site is expected to handle managing the next two to three years of Evolution’s growth, adding a great deal to the capacity of its existing Riga and Malta studios. Additionally, the new Live Casino production hub will create career opportunities for both existing staff and new hires, to include the many recruits from Tbilisi, as well as the surrounding region.
