Various ways keep doing by Valentino Rossi to be free from his punishment. Valentino Rossi found guilty on incident between Honda riders Marc Marquez at Sepang Malaysia on 25 October 2015 ago. Now Valentino Rossi and his team launch court appeal against penalty. Rossi has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The CAS is an independent organization which settles disputes in sport.
“Mr.Rossi has filed a critical application to stay execution of the challenged decision in order not to lose his place on the starting grid at the last rounds, Mr.Rossi seeks cancellation or reduction of the penalty.” CAS official said.
Rossi’s report has received by FIM stewards. But the FIM will not comment any further at this time. They will make decision on 6 November 2015, before MotoGP Valencia starting.
On other side, the FIM race direction said that Valentino Rossi purposely ran fully open in order to force the other rider off line, and causing the other rider to crash out of the race.
“The Italian rider, Valentino Rossi has appealed to the CAS on FIM decision to punish Rossi with three points penalty which causing Marc Marquez out of race.” FIM said.
Previously, Valentino Rossi had a clash with Marc Marquez when they on the seventh lap at turn 14. At preview Rossi clearly kicks Marc Marquez.
Addressing the incident, Yamaha team boss Lin Jarvis tried to explain the reasons behind the controversial actions undertaken Valentino Rossi at Sepang circuits on 25 October ago. Jarvis feels Valentino Rossi doing that cause he unable to hold his emotions. Rossi accused that Marc Marquez trying to help Jorge Lorenzo to win the World Championship title this season. And Rossi allegations proved to be true at Sepang circuits which Marquez easily gave way to Rossi teammate Jorge Lorenzo.
“Since Phillip Island MotoGP, Rossi has felt that Marc Marquez wants to control the races and tries to influences the results of this season.” Lin Jarvis said.
