Possible Candidate to Replace Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur has named three candidates for their new coach as Mauricio Pochettino’s successor. Mauricio Pochettino began to be known as one of the great coaches throughout Europe in the last 4 seasons.

Starting manage Tottenham Hotspur in May 2014, Mauricio Pochettino was considered successful in ruining the dominance of The Big Four English League. Tottenham Hotspur was brought into the top four positions in the Premier League standings.

Through official confirmation from the club’s owner, Daniel Levy, the Argentine coach was eventually dismissed from his position as Spurs coach. “We are actually reluctant to make this decision and this is a decision that is not easy to take, also not in a hurry,” Daniel Levy said in a club statement.

“The series of poor results at the end of last season and the disappointing start of the season is the basis,” he added.

Reported rom the Daily Mail, Pochettino’s departure from Tottenham Stadium made the club have arranged three candidates as the next club coach.

The three coaches targeted by Spurs are Eddie Howe, Julian Nagelsmann, and Carlo Ancelotti.

Eddie Howe

Eddie Howe is known as the coach of the English Premier League midfield team, Bournemouth. Bournemouth’s appearance with Howe has been relatively stable in the last 3 seasons. Howe was predicted as the most promising coach in the UK at the moment.

Julian Nagelsmann

Julian Nagelsmann has been known for his reputation when training Hoffenheim. Nagelsmann is known as the youngest coach in the German League in the history of the competition when he was 28 years old as a coach.

The coach nicknamed ‘Baby Mourinho’ was able to bring Hoffenheim who had stumbled on the bottom board climbed into the top four in 2016. Now Nagelsmann serves as RB Leipzig coach after his contract at Hoffenheim expires at the end of the 2018-2019 season.

Carlo Ancelotti
