Liverpool is in a slump. They have suffered four consecutive defeats in the 2020-2021 Premier League. One of the reasons is the vulnerability of the Reds’ back line, which many of their core defenders have left due to injuries.
Until week 25, Liverpool are now ranked sixth, making Jurgen Klopp’s position easily shaken from the coaching chair. If Klopp continues to lead his team to decline, it could be that management will fire him even though he brings the Premier League title to Liverpool.

Interestingly, Jurgen Klopp had produced good results with Borussia Dortmund before taking over from Liverpool. Like Klopp, Favre likes direct passes into the opponent’s area. He has also been able to raise several young players at Borussia Dortmund and could do the same at Liverpool if given the opportunity.
3. Massimiliano Allegri
Max Allegri has been unemployed since leaving his job at Juventus in 2019. Since then, the Italian coach has always been linked with a number of big European clubs.
Allegri deserves the interest of a number of European elite clubs. He won five consecutive Scudettos with Juventus. He was one of the best managers in Europe when he led the Bianconeri.
2. Julian Nagelsmann
The 33-year-old coach is a tactician for German club RB Leipzig. Under his tutelage, Leipzig became one of the most respected teams in Germany and Europe.
Nagelsmann when bringing Leipzig to the semifinals of the 2019-2020 Champions League set a separate record. He became the youngest coach to bring his team to the last four of the Champions League despite losing to Paris Saint-Germain.

Steven Gerrard’s Rangers are heading for the Scottish league title for the first time in a decade. The former Liverpool captain has silenced many critics in the most impressive way.
Gerrard likes a style of football that is based on possession and attack and relies on an attacker who can play wide and can direct the ball to the flank. While Gerrad’s fullbacks are required to work hard to help the attack.
That style of play can go well for Liverpool with the personnel they have at the moment. Stevie Gerarad is one of the most promising young managers and he would be a perfect fit for Liverpool.
