Paulo Dybala is reportedly set to leave Juventus at the end of this season after turning down a clause in his new contract with the Italian giants.
Dybala’s contract in Turin expires at the end of the season and the agent of the 28-year-old was in talks with the club over a new contract on Monday (21/3).
However, Dybala reportedly did not agree with the proposal offered by Juventus after the club changed the clause in the new contract for the Argentine.
“Juventus met Dybala’s agent this morning. There is no agreement between Juventus and Paulo Dybala. He will not sign a new contract at his current state, while his contract expires in June. He will leave for free,” wrote Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano on Twitter. , Monday (21/3).
Previously, according to Fabrizio, Dybala was promised Juventus would earn around £8 million until 2026, but the Bianconeri have changed the contract proposal.
Reported by the Daily Mail, Dybala is reportedly dissatisfied with the contents of the new contract offered to him and he will now open talks with other clubs.
A number of Premier League clubs, including Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham, are reportedly interested in signing Dybala.
Meanwhile, after the 2-0 win over Salarnitana, Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri is also not sure Dybala will stay at the club next season.
“I don’t know if he will become a Juventus player or not, it’s a club matter. We often speak with the club, not only Paulo whose contract is running out, but also Bernardeschi, De Sciglio, Perin and Cuadrado,” said Allegri.

Dybala has been in fine form for Juventus this season with 13 goals and 6 assists in 29 appearances across all competitions.
He joined Juventus from Palermo in 2015 and has since played 283 times and has scored 113 goals.
