Lovers of the English Premier League do not seem to accept the presence of Erling Haaland in the League. They made a petition which contained prohibiting Erling Haaland from playing in the Premier League. In other words, they kicked the striker out! The reason is because of Erling Haaland’s performance. He rarely misses scoring goals every time he plays.
Until the 10th week of the Premier League, Haaland had scored 15 goals from nine games. “We can make a change. Now is the time for people to move. These robots should not be allowed to play in our country,” the petition reads.
Seeing the petition, Man City coach, Pep Guardiola, could only laugh. Pep Guardiola thought the petition was a plausible joke. “Yes, it was just a joke, it was a joke. But, a good joke,” Pep said. On the other hand, the Spanish coach is increasingly convinced that Haaland will continue to be sharp as his connections with his fellow players are close.
In some moments, the Norwegian striker just needed to run when Kevin De Bruyne sent a pass. Haaland doesn’t seem to need to see the ball, Kevin De Bruyne has given it to the needed position.
“His connections with Kevin De Bruyne, Phil Foden, Riyad Mahrez, Jack Grealish,” he said. “Erling can improve every game. Everyone can work better, we can develop until we die,” he asserted.
Haaland’s scoring prowess is not limited by different countries and levels of competition. While still grazing in Norway, Austria, and Germany, Haaland is just as sharp as now. Likewise, when appearing at the level of the Champions League or domestic league, his performance does not disappointing.
Erling Haaland always scores goals every time he plays in the 2022-2023 Champions League stage in three matches. “He was always there. It was a pleasure to play with him,” Man City midfielder Jack Grealish was quoted as saying on the club’s official website.
“The (Copenhagen) goalkeeper said to me after he scored one of his goals ‘he’s not human!’ I could only say yes. Erling Haaland is a friendly person, he is accepted by the people around him, for God’s sake,” said Jack Grealish. “I hope he stays like this and raises us to success,” added the England midfielder.
