Aleix Espargaro has backed Jorge Martin to win the 2023 MotoGP World Championship at Valencia, saying that he has the “speed, talent, and machinery” to do so.
Martin is currently second in the championship standings, 13 points behind leader Francesco Bagnaia.
However, the Pramac Ducati rider has shown strong form in recent races, and he is confident that he can challenge for the title at Valencia.
“Jorge Martin is one of the best riders in the world right now. He has the speed, talent, and machinery to win the championship. I’m sure he’ll be giving it his all at Valencia.” Espargaro said.
Martin has had a mixed season so far, with some high points and some low points. However, he has shown that he is capable of winning races, and he has also shown that he can be consistent.
“Jorge Martin is a very talented rider. He’s also very consistent. He’s been finishing in the top five in most races this season,” Espargaro said.
“That’s why I think he has a good chance of winning the championship at Valencia.” Espargaro added.
Valencia is a track that Martin likes, and he has finished on the podium there in the past. He will also be riding a Ducati, which is the fastest bike on the grid.
“I’m sure Jorge Martin will be very competitive at Valencia,” Espargaro said.
“He’s riding a Ducati, which is the fastest bike on the grid. He also has a lot of experience at Valencia. I’m excited to see what he can do.” he added.
If Martin can win the championship at Valencia, it would be a huge achievement for him and for Pramac Ducati. It would also be a great result for Spanish motorsport.
“I would be very happy for Jorge Martin if he wins the championship. He’s a great rider, and he deserves it. It would also be a great result for Spanish motorsport.” Espargaro said.
