The PUBG Mobile International Tournament, PMSL 2024 SEA has officially ended on Sunday (8/9) yesterday. Of all the teams participating in the grand final round, almost all of them performed optimally to score the highest points. The hard work included seven teams representing Indonesia.
This was clearly done in order to bring home the prestigious international class trophy. However, all representatives from Indonesia, unfortunately, failed to be able to appear stunning in the grand final round which took place in Surabaya yesterday.
In fact, Alter Ego Ares who usually performs amazingly, finally Rosemary and the team are only in 15th position. The highest representative from Indonesia is only in seventh position which is filled by the king, RRQ Ryu. The decline of Indonesian players, made other teams take advantage of the moment very well.
One of them is Vampire Esports, which successfully scored the highest points in the PMSL 2024 grand final standings. Although they didn’t get many Winner Winner Chicken Dinners, at least the team from Thailand had consistent gameplay.
This can be seen from the kills and positions in each round. That way, Vampire Esports finally managed to become the top with a score of 179 points.
Meanwhile, for representatives from Indonesia, it feels tough if you look at the results of the rounds that were run. The problem is, there are quite a few aspects that make it difficult for local teams to get points, such as kill constraints, in-game order, and winning the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner title.
Even though they had to be satisfied with being broken by Indonesia’s dominance, at least seven local teams have given their best in PMSL 2024. With the failure to defend the trophy, it is hoped that in the next season, one of the teams from Indonesia can win it again and bring the trophy home to their homeland.
