French Ligue 1 clubs Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed the signing of Dani Alves on a fee transfer. The 34-year-old left Juventus at the end of the season following on season at the club.
According to report, Alves is under his contract until 2019 at PSG and he has panned a contract worth 230,000 pounds a week in Paris, the annual salary of 12 million pounds.
French giants made their first big transfer of the summer market by recruiting the Brazilian defender. After signing a two-year contract with the club, Alves was presented to the press on Wednesday. He has committed for two years favour for PSG.
“Paris has an incredible project. That is being a gigantic team at the world level. I’ve always played to make a difference where I am. And the president showed great conviction by presenting the project. We can write it together here.”Alves said to media.
“I like to make history. This club has not yet had the happiness to get a Champions League and I like big goals, special and ambitious and it’s an ambitious team.” Alves added.
“I had not only the interest of Manchester City but also other English clubs,” Alves claimed. There was a very interesting project too. But I talked to the president who told me about this club which has the ambition to be much bigger that it is.
“I have friends here and my wife loves this town vey much. So there are a lot of things that make us to change our minds.” he added.
