Andy Murray will partner Emma Raducanu in mixed doubles at the Wimbledon Grand Slam event, as quoted on the official Wimbledon website.
Andy Murray will appear at Wimbledon for the last time before retiring at the end of this year. Currently Murray is 37 years old.
The two-time Wimbledon men’s doubles champion decided on Tuesday (2/7) that he was not fit enough to compete in singles after undergoing back surgery last month.

Murray will play men’s doubles alongside his older brother, Jamie, and has now chosen to partner fellow Briton Raducanu.
He said after practice on Tuesday and before announcing he would partner Raducanu, that “playing doubles is a slightly different game physically and I’m looking forward to it.”
Murray once partnered with Serena Williams in the 2019 Wimbledon mixed doubles. At that time he called it a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Playing alongside 2021 US Open champion Raducanu will be another special opportunity in the final weeks of his career.
Meanwhile Raducanu said partnering Murray in the Wimbledon mixed doubles had always been his childhood dream.
“Wimbledon is Andy Murray on Center Court,” said Raducanu.
The Wimbledon mixed doubles matches will start on Friday (5/7), while the first round matches will also be played on Saturday (6/7).
