Antoine Griezmann reported to agree his transfers from Atletico Madrid to Manchester United on last Monday. On the meadow there would be no casting mistakes to be feared, the Frenchman would fit perfectly into Manchester United’s game and would be a priority player for United’s manager, Jose Mourinho.
In a team that tends to keep a low block, he would streamline the transition phases without slowing down the game. However, with Ibrahimovic and Rashford, Griezmann predicted the perfect striker for the Red Devils next season.
Manchester United has for long been in a poor form this season, which partly explains the club’s pains to return to the podium in the English Premier League and enjoyed UEFA Europa League.

Jose Mourinho tells Griezmann to claim number 7 jersey following Memphis Depay’s departure this summer. The Special One confirmed that Depay had completed a deal with Olympique Lyon on Friday. Griezmann would also walk in the long tradition of renowned numbers 7, form club legend Eric Cantona to Cristiano Ronaldo, obviously passing by David Beckham.
