The match, held at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) on Friday, November 11, 2023, witnessed Nwaneri’s remarkable goal in the 78th minute. Utilizing a pass from Finley McAllister, Nwaneri fired a left-footed shot from outside the penalty box, beating the New Caledonia U-17 goalkeeper, Nicolas Kutran.
Reflecting on his goal-scoring feat, Nwaneri expressed his elation and hunger for more goals in the upcoming matches. “It’s a great feeling. I can score a goal; I will try in every match.
