Aurora are ready for the new season with a new Southeast Asian/Eastern European line-up.
SEA representatives kept only Anucha “Jabz” Jirawong and Worawit “Q” Mekchai from their 2023-2024 roster that placed 7th/8th at The International 2024. Moving into the new season, Aurora welcomed Abed Yusop to the team. Abed played for Blacklist Rivalry in the previous season, but joined Aurora as a free agent after the Filipino organization disbanded its Dota 2 team earlier this month.
While Abed takes the mid lane role at Aurora, the carry duties will be handled by Aybek “TA2000” Tokayev. The Kazakhstani arrives at Aurora along with Oleh “kaori” Medvedok, who most recently stood in for OG, but who has been a part of the Quest roster in 2023 and has been their captain and formed the safe lane duo with TA2000 through the 2022-2023 competitive season.
