Golden Boy Promotions CEO Oscar de la Hoya will have to face an accusation about an alleged sexual assault that he would have committed on a woman who known only as ‘Jane Doe’
According to the documents he has presented at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, the boxer would have abused her driven by the consumption of several substances in 2017.
The American portal TMZ has revealed exclusively some details of the complaint by the nurse, where she explains that she met De La Hoya in 2016 and had a consensual sexual relationship.
However, at the end of the following year De La Hoya invited her to visit his bedroom where he asked her if she was okay with some sexual experimentation.
Jane claims that Oscar had bottles of alcohol and a bag of what appeared to be cocaine in her kitchen when she arrived at her home, so she understands that the Mexican-American was determined to get lost that night.
Shortly after, according to the reporter’s testimony, the former boxer got drunk and invited her to his room while asking if she was willing to experiment sexually.
Faced with Jane’s refusal, De la Hoya would have felt really frustrated, but he didn’t stop in his eagerness to have relations with her. Finally he held her with one arm while trying to force his fist into the plaintiff’s vagina, according to reports.
Jane repeatedly said no and demanded that De la Hoya to stop. However, he dominated her and suddenly and forcefully pushed her hand and fist into the plaintiff’s vagina.
At that moment, the young woman screamed in pain at De La Hoya laughed, which only offered her a drink of alcohol. Furious, she rejected the drink and left the scene feeling swelling and extreme pain for those who prescribed medications in urgent care.
Jane then sought treatment with a doctor of psychology and a certified sex therapist who diagnosed the applicant with a post-traumatic stress disorder derived from the sexual assault of De La Hoya.
In addition, Jane defends that she also suffered extreme anguish, humiliation, indignation, depression, anxiety and symptoms derived from the diagnosed disorder. In her lawsuit filed by attorney Greg Kirakosian, she demands damages for sexual assault and gender-based violence.
