Bundesliga: Bayern Munich 7-0 Goal Party at Bochum Headquarters

German Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich party goal during a 7-0 win over Bochum.

The VFL Bochum match against Bayern Munich is presented in the 3rd week of the Bundesliga at the Vonovia Ruhrstadion on Sunday (21/08).

In this match, Sadio Mane ex Liverpool striker managed to score a brace.

Meanwhile, the other five goals were scored by Leroy Sane, Matthijs de Ligt, Kingsley Coman, Cristian Gamboa’s own goal and Serge Gnarby.

Bayern immediately opened the scoring when the game had only been running for one minute.

Leroy Sane’s right-footed ball slid into the Bochum goal after utilizing Kingsley Coman’s bait.

Score 1-0 to the advantage of the visitors Bayern Munich.

The visitors doubled their lead in the 25th minute.

Matthijs De Ligt headed home Joshua Kimmich’s corner and made it 2-0.

Bayern scored the third goal eight minutes later. Kingsley Coman got the ball in the penalty box and immediately put the ball into the goal, while bringing Die Roten 3-0 up.

Sadio Mane found the net for Bochum in the 39th minute after receiving Kingsley Coman’s cross.

However, the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) disallowed the goal and Mane’s hand touched the ball before scoring.

Mane made up for it and managed to score three minutes before the break.

Getting the ball down the right, the Senegalese striker hit a low ball which Bochum keeper Manuel Riemann failed to stop. The first half closed with Bayern 4-0 advantage.

After the break, Bayern were awarded a penalty kick in the 60th minute.

Coman was dropped by Bochum defender Saidy Janko in the forbidden box.

Mane, who advanced as Bayern’s penalty taker, successfully carried out his duties perfectly. Bayern Munich is getting further away 5-0.

Bayern scored the sixth goal in the 69th minute.

Bochum defender Cristian Gamboa committed suicide after failing to clear the ball perfectly.

Serge Gnabry closed Bayern’s goal party in the 76th minute. The visitors finished the match with a landslide victory 7-0.

This result makes Bayern still record a 100 percent winning record in the Bundesliga this season.

Julian Nagelsmann’s team is firmly at the top of the Bundesliga standings with 9 points.

Meanwhile, due to this defeat, Bochum had to be in the 18th position of the German Bundesliga.
