Coach Age Ensures EVOS Glory MPL S14 Trusts the Process

Mobile Legends Bang Bang Professional League Season 14 is just a few days away from kick off. The 9 teams have made a lot of preparations to start the competition. All teams have done roster reshuffling and tactical brainstorming.

EVOS Glory has not made many changes this season. The squad composition tends to be the same, only swapping Natco with Douma to cover Branz. In the coaching seat, Caleb was also swapped with Naitomea as the team analyst while coach Theo from PH stepped aside for a moment. So, will EVOS Glory implement #TrustTheProcess this season? Although looking back at last season, EVOS Glory was quite successful in changing their fate through a major roster overhaul while the league was running.

“Trust the process is a bit tricky, if the process is good we will continue with this roster. But if it is not as good as we expected, there may be ups and downs in players. What we expect from EVOS is to trust a good process. I added the hashtag, #TrustTheGoodProcess. So that I don’t get tired of having to talk to the players, later you go up, you go down, it’s not nice,” said Steven Age, Head of Esports MLBB EVOS Esports during the MPL S14 online press conference yesterday.

Age’s statement indicated that EVOS will see the results of the team’s journey during the league whether there needs to be changes or retain players. However, they are confident that this team already has good chemistry after going through a tough season in S13.

Can EVOS Glory achieve the same achievement this season? Or will they be in disarray again considering the curse of the even season which is not good for the White Tiger?
