The relationship between forward LeBron James and guard Stephen Curry on the United States basketball national team is getting better ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics. “Obviously we made this (game) for a certain reason to make him perform better,” said James. “He saw one shot go through the basket, you could see where that was going to open up opportunities for the rest of the game, for the rest of the game for all of us,” James added. “Actually, it’s not (the game for me). “It was a game that had a lot of options and we just read what the defense was doing,” Curry said, correcting James.
The United States is in Group C with Serbia, South Sudan and Puerto Rico at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The United States team has a chance to win fifth consecutive gold medal after the 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020 Olympic Games.
