Cristiano Ronaldo Advice for Juventus Next Season

Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo gave advice to his club so they could get even better achievements next season, after failing in the 2019-2020 Champions League.

Ronaldo failed to save Juventus in the 2019-2020 Champions League after being eliminated by French representatives, Olympique Lyon in the last 16.

In the second leg match, Ronaldo scored two goals, but not enough to take his club to the quarter-finals. The reason is, the visitors managed to score a goal first through Memphis Depay’s kick to make the final score 2-1.

Juventus’ failure to advance to the semifinals because they lost on away goals on aggregate. The reason is, during the first leg, Lyon managed to win 1-0 at their home.

These results made Juventus management dismiss Maurizio Sarri from the coaching chair and was replaced by Andrea Pirlo, who had just coached Juventus U-23 in July.

Ronaldo asked his club to do an analysis of what I was classed with during the last season.

He also suggested that Juventus think critically and must have a mindset as the best and biggest club in the world.

“The season has ended for us, much slower than usual but sooner than we expected. Now it’s time for reflection, it’s time to analyze the ebb and flow because critical thinking is the only way to improve, ”he wrote on Instagram.

“A big club like Juventus must always think like the best in the world, work like the best in the world, so that we can call ourselves one of the best and greatest clubs in the world,” continued Ronaldo.

Juventus this season managed to defend the Italian League title, but did not succeed in lifting the Coppa Italia trophy after being defeated by Napoli in the top party.

Ronaldo also reminded that the results achieved this season will make Juventus fans demand more championship titles next season.

“Winning Serie A once again in such a difficult year is something we are very proud of. But fans demand a lot more from us. They expect more from us. And we have to make it happen, we have to meet the highest expectations, “he said.

“Hopefully this short vacation will allow us all to make the best decisions for the future and come back stronger and more committed than ever,” he concluded.
