Real Madrid president Florentino Perez still thinks there’s a good chance Gareth Bale will stay this summer, but has admitted the Welsh could be sold to Manchester United.
Former Tottenham Hostspur star has not been to play with any continuity last season due to a series of injuries, which has leas to rumors linking him with a move back to Premier League.
According to Marca, Bale will hold talks with Madrid new manager Julen Lopetegui, who would have reassured him about the role he would play in his sports project.
Madrid founded themselves without a manager less than a week after winning a third successive Champions League title after Zinedine Zidene leaving the club.
Bale’s agent, Jonathan Barnett, is expected to meet with the Madrid management shortly for further discussions. He also admitted his client really wanted to stay at the club for sure.
“Being the agent of player like him is fantastic. He is one of the best players I know. Those aren’t just words, it’s a fact. Everyone can see it, Gareth doesn’t have a bad bone in his body. He has become a fantastic player.” Barnett said.
“I think the Real Madrid fans need to see how good he is and understand him and support him. This is very important for his development. He wants to stay at Madrid for the rest of his life. he loves Madrid, the city, the way of life and he loves the club.
“He truly loves the club, and of course it hurts him when the fans don’t support him and they do it with others who aren’t as good as him. It’s crazy, it only happens in Spain and I don’t understand it. The fans need to understand this and know how good of a person he is.” Barnett added.

During his time at Santiago Bernabeu, Bale has won four Champions Leagues, La Liga, Super Cups, and the Copa del Rey. Madrid should not to sell their best strikers after Cristiano Ronaldo joined Juventus this weekend.
Bale’s contract is scheduled to run until 2022, but he has demanded to play the 2018/19 season under new manager and ready to fight for every trophy.
