It would be a real victory for the Spanish La Liga runner-up, who struggled in recent days to keep their star. People hoped this is not a joke by the Spaniard who tried to cut off the speculation before 2017/18 campaign.
Neymar admits his uncertain future at Barcelona after the end of 2016/17 season. And it’s no wonder a number of biggest clubs are interested in bring him with a fantastic offers.
Since last Monday, Paris Saint-Germain announced their interested in Barcelona’s striker. Neymar has been enlisted from Fernch Ligue 1 giants with big money. PSG also claimed that the star was approaching seriously to them in recent days.
However, Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu claimed his star is not for sale to any club in the world. He insists Neymar to stay at the club under a four-year deal.
“Neymar is not on the market. He has a contract with us for 4 years, and of course, we count on him. He’s part of our team. He’s part of this trident.” Bartomeu said to the AP news agency.
With a buy-out clause of 200 million pounds, Bartomeu is sure PSG hard to sign the 25-year-old, which would smash the transfer record.
“These clauses are impossible to activate, if you want to comply with the financial fair play. If someone doesn’t want to comply, the of course, it can be activated.” Bertomeu added.
