Chelsea will visit Leicester City headquarters in Week 27 of the 2022-2023 Premier League. Ahead of the clash, Graham Potter as coach of The Blues -Chelsea’s nickname, was wary of the rise of The Foxes -Leicester City’s nickname.
To note, the match between Leicester City vs Chelsea will be held at the King Power Stadium, England, on Saturday (11/3/2023). Both teams will certainly appear crazy to win in this match.
The reason is, both Chelsea and Leicester City are still struggling and have not found their best performance this season. Chelsea are currently in 10th place with 34 points, while Leicester City are in 15th position with 24 points.
Leicester City has even been in a negative trend in the last three matches. Brendan Rodgers’ team have not won any of these three matches.

However, Graham Potter asked the Blues to remain wary of Leicester City. The reason is, it is not impossible that The Foxes will rise when they meet Chelsea.
“We have to play well. I think Leicester City’s result is worse than their performance. I think they are also a bit unfortunate. They are suffering from starting a bad season, and I’m sure Brendan Rodgers will agree with that, “Graham Potter said as quoted by Football London, Saturday (11/3/2023).
“But they can also bounce back and still have some very good players. I respect what Brendan Rodgers has done there and he is a top coach. It will be a tough match,” he continued.
Furthermore, Graham Potter also confirmed that his flagship midfielder, N’Golo Kante, was still absent in the match against Leicester City. The former Brighton & Hove Albion coach also hopes that the player can appear in the next match against Everton on Sunday (19/3/2023).
“He (N’Golo Kante) will not appear. He still needed more time. We might hope he will feature against Everton. Unfortunately, he won’t be playing when we face Leicester City.”
