Hooray! Pep Guardiola Extends Contract With Man City

Pep Guardiola, coach of Manchester City from Spain managed to extend his contract until 2025.

The news of Guardiola’s contract extension with the club from Manchester is summarized by SportReviews from the official Man City website.

Based on the statement that was published on Wednesday 23 November 2022, Manchester City official Khaldoon Al Mubarak stated that he was very happy to be able to extend Guardiola’s contract.

“He has contributed so much to the success and fabric of this organization,” said Khaldoon.

“….it’s very interesting to think what might have happened with the energy, hunger and ambition he clearly still has,” said Khaldoon.

“Under his very special leadership, our first team has achieved a lot, while still playing,” he added.

According to Khaldoon, Man City under Pep Guardiola continues to grow.

City’s style of football, according to Khaldoon, is admired throughout the world.

“Like every City fan, I’m looking forward to what lies ahead,” continued Khaldoon.

Pep Guardiola said he was very happy to be able to stay at Manchester City for the next two years.

The former FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich coach also thanked everyone at the club for the trust placed in him.

“I can’t say enough thanks to everyone at the club for believing in me,” he explained.

“I am happy and comfortable here. I have everything I need to do my job as well as possible,” Guardiola explained.

“I know the next chapter of this club will be extraordinary for the next decade. It happened for the last ten years,” he explained.

“… it will happen in the next ten years because this club is very stable,” he said.

During his time in charge of Manchester City, the Spaniard was recorded as capable of presenting five Premier League titles, one FA Cup, four English League Cups and two Community Shields.

Pep Guardiola has yet to win the Champions League trophy for Manchester City.

Since he first came to the Etihad in 2016, Guardiola has been recorded as having gone through 374 matches.

Guardiola successfully incised 2.33 points per match.
