In a recent move International Game Technology – IGT and Idaho Lottery have extended their multiyear contract to continue providing Idaho Lottery with Scratch Games printing services through March 2019. This is the second time that both the partners IGT and Idaho Lottery have extended their deal. This two year extension has been exercised on the existing contract and it was unanimously approved by the Idaho Lottery Commission at the time of their regular meeting on November 17, 2016. In addition to providing Scratch Games printing service to the Idaho Lottery, IGT will still continue to support the Lottery with related products and services such as game planning, ticket design, marketing support and analytics.
Currently more than 70% Idaho Lottery’s Scratch Games printing is delivered by IGT. This deal results in responsible, incremental sales growth year after year. With this deal IGT and the Idaho Lottery have teamed up to deliver a portfolio of games with fun, new play styles to benefit its customers of Idaho. Earlier in 2016, the Idaho Lottery broke records and returned $49.5 m to Idaho public schools and the Permanent Building Fund a 10% increase from 2015.
