Italian League Top Score List: Cristiano Ronaldo Still Leading

The hunt for the 2020-2021 Italian League top scorer title is heating up. In the meantime, Cristiano Ronaldo still leads the list of top scorers with a collection of 20 goals.

Unfortunately, Cristiano Ronaldo’s goal collection failed to increase in the Giornata 26 of the Italian League 2020-2021. Andrea Pirlo’s decision to dismiss the 36-year-old player was the cause.

Cristiano Ronaldo was only played in the second half, 69 minutes to be precise, to replace Alvaro Morata who scored two goals. Time of 21 minutes is of course difficult for a CR7 to use to break into the opponent’s goal.

Unfortunately, Cristiano Ronaldo’s competitors in the top scorer list have only played recently. Romelu Lukaku, who has scored 18 goals so far, will only play for Inter Milan on Tuesday 9 March 2021 WIB against Atalanta.

The opportunity for Romelu Lukaku to add to his goal coffers is wide open. Because, La Dea is known to have an attacking game that sometimes forgets defense. However, in the Inter Milan vs Atalanta match too, there were other competitors in terms of capocannoniere.

This figure is Atalanta’s sharp attacker, Luis Muriel. The Colombian player has scored 15 goals by week 25. Amazingly, Muriel has almost never played for 90 minutes in the 2020-2021 Italian League! It’s really interesting to look forward to the sharp match between Lukaku vs Muriel.

Under the three names, tucked a Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swedish player’s goal machine has been stuck recently. Not surprisingly, his tally of goals stood at 14.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic needs to quickly find his touch again to help AC Milan win. The goals of the 39-year-old striker are desperately needed so that the Rossoneri do not fall behind Inter Milan.

Completing the top five, there is the name Lazio striker Ciro Immobile. The 2019-2020 Italian League top score has only collected 14 goals from 22 matches. Just like Ronaldo, Immobile failed to add a goal when Lazio were crushed by Juventus with a score of 1-3.

The following is a list of the Italian league’s top scorers:

Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus) – 20 goals

Romelu Lukaku (Inter Milan) – 18 goals

Luis Muriel (Atalanta) – 14 goals

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (AC Milan) – 14 goals

Ciro Immobile (Lazio) – 14 goals
