United has the hope to return on the hells of Manchester City in the league, but also to great in the Champions League with three additional elements of quality.
They did not look to the expense to improve the player available under Mourinho. Victor Lindelof, Lukaku, and Nemanja Matic have joined The Red Devils for a total of round 164 euros last summer.
However, Mourinho believed he needs to sell several players, including England’s Luke Shaw and Matteo Darmian before he can buy in the winter transfer window after starting good forms in this season.
Shaw signed from Southampton in 2014, the 22-year-old left-back was the one of the best defenders at English Premier League.
However, he has now started jut four games alongside United in a year. He is yet to make a start this season, coming off the bench for the club.

The 54-year-old head coach has been impressed with Shaw’s work rate in training and indicated that he could be in the line for a scarce start.
“When you speak about Luke you are right, he is working to have an opportunity and sooner or later the opportunity will come, because he deserves that opportunity.” Mourinho said.
“He is selected for tomorrow [Tuesday night], yes for sure. Whether he starts or is on the bench, I cannot answer it at this time.” he added.
United dropped eight points behind Manchester City in the Premier League standings. The Citizens have been almost perfect so far this season in the league.
