Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham scored twice in a comfortable 4-0 home victory over Osasuna on Saturday, continuing his brilliant start to his career at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The 20-year-old England international opened the scoring in the ninth minute, finishing off a flowing move involving Vinicius Junior and Joselu.
Bellingham doubled his lead in the 55th minute, darting forward and playing a one-two with Fede Valverde before sweeping home.
His goals were his 10th and 11th in all competitions for Real Madrid since joining from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
Bellingham has now scored in each of his last five games, and is the top scorer in La Liga with 7 goals.
Bellingham was not the only Real Madrid player to impress on Saturday. Vinicius Junior also scored a fine goal, cutting inside from the left flank and curling a shot into the top corner.
Joselu added a fourth late on, although his penalty was saved by Sergio Herrera before he tapped in the rebound.
The victory saw Real Madrid return to the top of La Liga, two points ahead of Barcelona. Osasuna, meanwhile, remain in 10th place.
