Juventus lost 0-2 to AC Milan in the 2022-2023 Italian League on Saturday 8 October 2022. This makes Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri worried about the psychological condition of his players to face the next match.
As is known, Juventus could not take advantage of opportunities when playing at the San Siro, they lost 0-2 to AC Milan through goals from Fikayo Tomori (45+1) and Brahim Diaz (54′).
With this defeat, Juventus had to drop one place to eighth position with 13 points. They were shifted by Inter Milan who in the other match won over Sassuolo 2-1.
According to Massimiliano Allegri, more or less the defeat will attack the mentality of the players. He also has homework to maintain and improve the psychological condition of the players.
Because, the next two games are important matches. First on Tuesday 11 October, they will travel to Israel to fight Maccabi Haifa in the 2022-2023 Champions League Group H continuation.
Then, their next match will be the Della Mole derby against Torino. This match will take place at the Olimpico in Torino on 15 October 2022.
“We have to react immediately, because there is an important game on Tuesday. We have time to improve the season, we need to improve and we will do it,” Allegri said after the match. “Then (also) there is the derby.
If, in a game like this, you don’t take your chances, (to repeat) the second half we made the same mistake. On a psychological level, it’s normal for the game to change.”
Massimiliano Allegri saw from the game earlier, his players were inadequate in reacting when they lost the ball. For him, this small mistake must be addressed by Juventus.
