During his illustrious MMA Octagon, Khabib Nurmagomedov, won 29 straight fights along with lots of checks and cash. The former UFC lightweight champion is now retired from MMA fights, but he doesn’t want to lose focus on his projects.

The famous fighter from Dagestan Khabib owns a number of farms, restaurants, where he invests and most recently, right after retiring, he spent US$1 million to buy an MMA tournament in Russia, renaming it from Gorilla Fighting Champion (GFC) to Eagle Fighting Champions (EFC), with the ambition to become MMA Boss.
“I can buy a house in California and live there. Or let’s take a place we often talk about, Dubai, I can also buy a house and move there.” Khabib said.
“But I am still attached to this place, in Dagestan, because I was born and raised here, because all my relatives and relatives live here. I love this land.
“Wherever I am, I just look forward to the flights back to Dagestan whenever I have time. This land is rich in resources: Location, people, land, sunny days for agriculture, there are golden forests, silver seas, rolling hills and mountains!” Khabib added.
Looking to the future, Khabib always wants to support the community, find jobs for everyone, help everyone have a better life.
“My 10-year plan? 10 years is a very good time. You can plant trees, pick fruit, cut wood, and then plant new trees.” Khabib said.
“I want to be a useful person to the community. I want to use my experience to bring success to others. You know, the Soviet Union used to have five-year plans, not ten years. Therefore, I also want to create a five-year plan for myself: Create jobs for 5,000 people.” he added.
