Team Spirit manager Dmitry ‘Korb3n’ Belov commented on the future of his team. He stated that Ilya ‘Yatoro’ Mulyarchuk and Miroslav ‘Mira’ Kolpakov are not ready to return to the pro scene in January.
He added that they are unlikely to return anytime soon. This news certainly dispels rumors that the two players will return to Team Spirit early next year.
“Yatoro and Mira have been out of the competitive scene for a while and may have sponsorship or brand offers. Sorry if I’m going too far, but it seems unlikely for Mira to return in time since she only plays a little bit on stream. So right now we can only guess when Mira will return and where she will play,” Korb3n said. He also added that Yatoro, who is perfect in every aspect of his skills, has also not confirmed anything that suggests he wants to return now.
According to Korb3n, although Mira has expressed his desire to return, he is currently not playing regularly. Korb3n noted a similar situation with Yatoro, who also has not made a firm statement that he is ready to return to the pro scene in early 2025.
According to Team Spirit’s manager, the two-time world champion will definitely return, but not anytime soon. Yatoro and Mira are expected to return around the middle of the season. For the record, Mira previously stated that he had received offers to join other teams but later turned them down due to personal reasons.
