Despite being the first LAN tournament that they would attend this year, Nigma Galaxy will not play with their full roster.
Clavision DOTA League Season 1:SnowRuy is set to take place July 28-August 4 with ten directly invited teams to the tournament. Among the invites is Nigma Galaxy, who had a very rough year so far and failed to qualify for any LAN events, including Riyadh Masters 2024, and The International 2024. Therefore, the upcoming $500,000 tournament in China would represent a rare opportunity for Dota 2 fans to see the team performing in a LAN setup. However, the organisation announced two stand-in players to take the trip to China.
Ivan “OneJey” Zhivitsky, L1ga Team position 4 support will stand in for Nigma Glaxy’s captain Kuro “KuroKy” Salehi Takhasomi, while Alik “V-Tune” Vorobey will sub for Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi in the carry position.

More adjustments at Clavision Snow Ruyi Invitational
Nigma are not the only ones to send a temporary roster to the tournament. Azure Ray have also announced major changes to their team after they suffered an early play-in stage elimination at Riyadh Masters 2024.
Virtus.pro are in the same situation as Azure Ray and are expected to send a couple of stand-ins to the Snow Ruyi Invitational. However, no official announcements were made regarding who would be dropped from the team and who would head to China for a trial by fire.
Clavision DOTA League Season 1:SnowRuy was initially announced with 12 teams on the invite list. Since then, two teams have quietly withdrawn from the tournament. Team Secret and nouns are not to be found in the adjusted team line-up. The tournament is set to start in less than two weeks, hopefully with no more changes.
