The Argentina national team won 4-2 from France on penalties. After previously Argentina and France drew 3-3 equally strong in normal time and extra round. Argentina’s victory made Emilio Martinez arrogant.
Martinez asked his team-mates to observe a minute of silence for Mbappe in the locker room after the match. He also used a baby doll to taunt Mbappe.

“The message is simple, to show that whatever happens to PSG with the national team is a separate matter and I am still determined to bring every trophy to the capital.” Mbappe said again.
Mbappe’s defeat at the 2022 World Cup is certainly a big blow. However, Mbappe chose to remain positive and did not want to respond to ridicule from anyone. He’s just obsessed with being the best sportsman.
Mbappe and Messi’s relationship has not been strained in the least since the controversy. After the match, Mbappe congratulated Messi after the 2022 World Cup match.
