Barcelona managed to win big against Valencia with a score of 4-1 in the 2021/2022 Spanish League continued match.
The Valencia vs Barcelona match took place at the Mestalla Stadium, Valencia, Sunday (20/2).

Barcelona who appeared sharp in this match successfully added the score to 4-1. This time through Pedri’s goal in the 63rd minute by releasing a hard shot from outside the Valencia penalty box.
In the 83rd minute, Valencia got a chance through a hard horizontal kick by Hugo Duro. However, his shot was blocked by the foot by Barcelona goalkeeper Marc Ter Stegen.
No additional goals were created until the second half ended. Barcelona finally won 4-1 over Valencia.
Sergio Busquets, Barcelona’s central midfielder and captain has spoken about the appearance of new Barca striker, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Aubameyang, who was bought from Arsenal on a free in January, scored the opening goal.
He also closed Barcelona’s 3-1 advantage in the first half thanks to his second goal after the second goal scored by Frenkie de Jong.
“Since Auba arrived, he has been working hard. We know he hasn’t played much, but this is the second game he’s started. He’s an extraordinary player and having him in the squad is a real luxury for us,” Busquets said after the game.
Busquets then spoke about the team’s play and general team performance. He said the win was very important. Barcelona’s first half played very effectively so as to give his teammates comfortable control of the game.
He also admitted that his colleagues played calmly in playing the team’s style of play. All players are free to move and show abilities. In general Busquets insists Barcelona are playing well.
“Valencia were very intense, they played the second half very well, as seen in goal, but after that we played well and were true to our style and we played a very complete game,” he said.
Barcelona is now immediately focused on preparing for the second leg of the Europa League playoff against Napoli in Naples. The Blaugrana need a win to qualify for the last 16 because the first leg at Camp Nou only drew 1-1.
