Liverpool’s Joel Matip believes his team can beat Ajax Amsterdam in the second matchday of the 2022-2023 Champions League. According to him, if Liverpool can play compactly, then victory from Ajax will be much easier.
As is known, Liverpool and Ajax will meet in the preliminary round of Group A of the 2022-2023 Champions League. The match will take place at Anfield Stadium, on Wednesday 14 September 2022.
Joel Matip said his team had to be solid in overcoming Ajax’s resistance. Because, it is not an easy matter to beat the Dutch team.
