However, the Serbian tennis player has always been committed to following a healthy diet and strict training regimen, so that now all of this is producing extraordinary results when he is in his mid-thirties.

“There is more than one reason, but any consideration must start from the fact that Nole is a genetic phenomenon,” Panichi said.

“He is someone who is able to do everything with simplicity and consistency, but is also able to do things that other people cannot do. You can’t always copy what he does. He knows how far he can go and therefore, he has the necessary experience to understand what his body is telling him.”

“We support him by giving him the weapons to continue developing his innate abilities. Nole is a demanding champion, he wants a lot from himself and because of that, those around him have to adapt to those ambitions. And his motivation is always very high, he never experiences any slumps.”

“We start training again on December 10, then he will go to Australia and start competing again.”

Throughout the season, Novak Djokovic stated that there was no reason for him to think about retirement.

After winning the ATP Finals, Djokovic very publicly told his rivals that they needed to dethrone him before he started seriously thinking about leaving the world of professional tennis.
