Marquez or Bagnaia on the List of Winners at Le Mans Circuit

Ducati rider Marc Marquez admitted to being confused ahead of the 2025 French MotoGP race at the Le Mans Circuit, May 9-11.

Marquez, along with his team, admitted that he could not yet determine what changes he would make in the 2025 French MotoGP after becoming the fastest rider in the Jerez test.

“I’m happy to be back to work, Le Mans has been a very friendly track for Ducati in recent seasons, and last year I won the podium here,” said Marquez.

“We did a lot in Jerez on the test day, but I don’t know exactly what we will bring here, but I’m confident. It was a good weekend, it’s a shame about the crash on Sunday. The weather and temperature in France can be a deciding factor for the race,” added Marquez.

There are a number of new components on the motorbike that Marquez used in the Jerez test. However, the Spanish rider could not confirm whether the new components will be used in the 2025 French MotoGP or not.

The French MotoGP has been Ducati’s series since 2020. In seven races since 2020, including the Sprint Race, Ducati riders have always won. However, there is no name of Marquez or Francesco Bagnaia on the list of winners at Le Mans.

Last season, Marquez finished second in the French MotoGP despite having to start from 13th position. While Bagnaia won the third podium.

Marquez last won the French MotoGP in the 2019 season. The Baby Alien is also the last rider who was able to win back to back victories at Le Mans in the 2018 and 2019 seasons.

Not only Marquez, Bagnaia will use new components on the MotoGP GP25 for the 2025 French MotoGP at the Le Mans Circuit.

Bagnaia is determined to continue his impressive performance in the 2025 French MotoGP after winning the third podium in the Spanish MotoGP.

One of Bagnaia’s efforts to get good results again at the French MotoGP is by using a new swingarm.

This swingarm has been tested in the test in Jerez. However, the swingarm which is said to be similar to Marquez’s has not yet been confirmed in its specifications.
