Mohamed Salah boasts that Liverpool won four titles this season

One of Liverpool’s stars, Mohamed Salah is very confident that his team can win four trophies this season. He made this statement based on Liverpool’s performance, which has gone crazy this season.

Yes, as is known, the Reds (Liverpool’s nickname) are indeed having the opportunity to harvest trophies in the 2021-2022 season. The opportunity seems real to see Liverpool’s position in four tournaments this season.

Liverpool itself has secured one English League Cup trophy in 2021-2022. They succeeded in overthrowing Chelsea in the final through a penalty shootout 11-10 after playing a goalless draw throughout normal time plus extra time.

The three other trophies that Liverpool are currently hunting for are the 2021-2022 Premier League, the 2021-2022 Champions League, and the 2021-2022 FA Cup. In all three tournaments, Jurgen Klopp’s team is just one step away from winning.

In this season’s Champions League, they will meet Real Madrid in the final. Meanwhile, in the 2021-2022 FA Cup, Mohamed Salah et al returned to meet Chelsea. Meanwhile, in the Premier League, they are competing for first place, competing with Manchester City.

Even though he has only won one of four trophies, Mohamed Salah believes his team is capable of creating a Quadruple (winning four titles in one season). He will also promise to do his best for Liverpool.

“I hope we can achieve a quadruple,” said Mohamed Salah quoted from Marca, Friday (13/5/2022).

“I will do my best to win the Premier League and Champions League, but the most important thing is the team.” The Champions League and FA Cup can indeed be won through 90 minutes of fighting.

However, to become the Premier League champions, the Anfield camp must pray that Kevin De Bruyne and his friends slip. The reason is, The Citizens (Manchester City’s nickname) is still firmly leaving Liverpool with a three-point deficit at the top of the 2021-2022 Premier League standings.

There are still two matches remaining to determine who comes out as champion. Manchester City will still be faced with West Ham and Aston Villa. With a lavish squad depth and star-studded cast, the two clubs are no complicated hurdles for Pep Guardiola’s side. Meanwhile, Liverpool will face Southampton and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
