Not much can be said about Ianni, a man born in 1982, who retired from football at the age of 32 and focused on the world of coaching. He had been an assistant to local coaches named Roberto Cappellacci in Cosenza and Campobasso, before joining Napoli.
In an interview recently, Ianni claimed to be close professionally and also personally with Sarri so she could join Chelsea this summer. Sarri certainly hoped that Ianni would not get severe punishment for the action.
“Come on, you instead focus on that (fuss on the edge of the field) while there is an exciting game for 97 minutes,” Mourinho said after the match as quoted by the BBC.
