Spanish judge has ordered Neymar Jr, Barcelona President Josep Maria Bartomeu, dan former Barcelona President Alexndre Rosell to return to the court, considering that the operation had been accompanied by scams, according to the report on Thursday.
The case originated in a complaint lodged in Spain by the Brazilian investment fund DIS, the owner of a part of the rights of Neymar and who considered themselves wronged by the transfer. According to the DIS, Neymar, Santos and Barca had secretly arranged to ensure the transfer of Neymar to the Catalan club and had actually awarded a higher amount than officially announced.
DIS claimed that they only received 40% of the transfer fee paid to Santos for this transfer amounting to 17 million euros, or 6.8 euros. But the Spanish judge estimated the true amount of the payment at 25 million euros, and thus a shortfall for DIS of around 3.5 million euros.
Barcelona claim they had officially coded Neymar transfer from Santos to 57.1 million euros in total: 40 million for Neymar and family, 17.1 sent to Santos. This reference can not be challenged and the accused now have ten days to submit their written submissions.
Neymar has always said that he went to Spain just want to play football, having absolute and blind confidence in his father, his exclusive agent, who ignoring the details of the contract.
At the end of April, the National Audience had rejected a final appeal by Josep Maria Bartomeu, as did those of Neymar, Barca and the N & N created by Neymar’s family. For the National Audience, the deal signed in 2011 between Barcelona and Santos for the transfer did not respect the free market of football transfers. For the judges, this contract prevented other clubs from making an offer, violating the free market rules.
The judges also considered that Josep Maria Bartomeu’s intervention is clear since he was then became Barcelona Vice-President with executive responsibility in sport. Bartomeu has committed an offense because he and Rosell decided to sign the contract without informing Barcelona management, neither Sandos nor DIS according to the rules.

The Spanish public prosecutor’s office, has requested two years in prison for Neymar , and asked for the case to be filed for Bartomeu, for whom DIS claims for five years’ imprisonment.
