Failing to fulfilled his role as a main striker when Manchester United facing Paris Saint Germain in the first leg of the round 16 Champions League. Alexis Sanchez come in as a substitute striker and he look confuse in the game.
Manchester United caretaker, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admitted that he could not do anything with Alexis Sanchez performances. He then wanted to challenge the ex-Arsenal striker to find his best performance once again.
Sanchez was then become the targeted critique for United fans after his awful performances. Some of the fans are speaking their mind to ask the club to sell the 30th years old striker immediately in the coming transfer windows.
“I could not do anything about Sanchez performance,” Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told the media.
“He has to find it himself as we all know his quality and what he is worth,” added the 45th years old caretaker.’
It was not a surprised when Alexis was criticised so heavily by the United fans, because they seems to think and have a higher expectation from one of the higher salary earner in the Red Devils side. Although he have a high pay, the striker performance was not able to match that price tag, Alexis could only scores a total of 5 goals in all competition after joining from Arsenal in the winter transfer of 2018.
