Arsenal again won positive results after crushing over Newcastle United 3-0 in the 18th week of the Premier League, Tuesday (19/1). Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang became a star with his two goals.
Locked in the first half, Arsenal’s goal feast just started in the second half. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with two goals (50 ″ and 77 ″), also Bukayo Saka with one goal in between (60 ″). Newcastle tried to fight back, but there was a difference in the quality of the two teams. Arsenal could even win bigger if they didn’t waste the first half.
Arsenal had more possession of the ball since the match began. The first 10 minutes belonged to the Gunners, Newcastle only fought back occasionally. Only Arsenal’s attack hasn’t really threatened.
Arsenal’s first opportunity came from Aubameyang at the beginning of the match. Dribbling from the middle of the field, Aubameyang’s shot from the left side of the penalty box was too weak.

Aubameyang took Arsenal away. In the 77 minutes, Aubameyang without difficulty cheating the ball into the net receiving Cedric Soares’ attractive pass.
Newcastle tried to retaliate. However, the opportunity was wasted. Until the match ended, Arsenal kept a 3-0 lead.
This result sent Arsenal up to 10th with 27 points, while Newcastle were stuck at 15th.
