Chelsea managed to beat Leicester City with a 3-0 score in the Premier League match at the King Power Stadium, Saturday (20/11).
Chelsea dominated the game in the match at Leicester. The London team controlled 62 percent of possession versus 38. The Blues also had 7 shots on target with three of them converted into goals.
Chelsea immediately stepped on the gas when the game started. Various attacks continued to be launched and made it difficult for the Leicester defense to face the tempo of the game carried out by the Blues.
Several opportunities were successfully created by Chelsea at the beginning of the first half. But Thomas Tuchel’s team only got the result when the match had been running for 15 minutes.
Chelsea were already leading 1-0 when the game was still running for 14 minutes. Starting from Ben Chilwell’s corner, Antonio Rudiger successfully headed the ball and shook the Leicester goal.
Ademola Lookman had thrilled the Chelsea goal in the 25th minute. But the goal was not approved by the referee because it was in an offside position.
Kante then doubled the advantage in the 28th minute. After receiving a ball from Reece James, Kante ran into the Leicester penalty box.

However, Chelsea were able to increase their lead when Christian Pulisic scored the third goal for the Blues after being able to complete Hakim Ziyech’s pass in the 71st minute.
Two minutes later, Callum Hudson-Odoi almost scored a fourth goal for Chelsea. But Leicester also became calm when the referee annulled the goal because Pulisic was caught offside.
Until the match ended, no more goals could be created, Chelsea was able to win the match 3-0 and further solidify its position as the top of the Premier League standings.
