The game was tough but Manchester City dominated. They were only able to dismantle The Eagles defense – nicknamed Crystal Palace – through Erling Haaland’s penalty goal in the 78th minute.
The game started slowly. However, Manchester City dominated possession here. Even so, the visitors were still unable to create anything dangerous because Crystal Palace’s defense was always able to suppress it.

The referee pointed to the spot after Michael Olise tackled Ilkay Gundogan in the forbidden box. Erling Haaland also successfully carried out his duties as an executioner and brought Manchester City 1-0 up in the 78th minute.
