Premier League Results: Two Goal Bukayo Saka Helps The Gunners Win 4-1!

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace results in the 2022-2023 Premier League will be discussed here. The match that was played at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday (19/3/2023) ended with a score of 4-1 for the victory of the Gunners — Arsenal’s nickname.

Bukayo Saka became the winning star through his two goals in the 43rd and 74th minute. Gabriel Martinelli (28′) and Granit Xhaka (55′) scored two other goals for Arsenal while The Eagles – nicknamed Crystal Palace – came from Jeffrey Schlupp (63′).

Arsenal dominated the game but suffered an early threat in the 16th minute. Jeffrey Schlupp is left facing one on one against Aaron Ramsdale. The Arsenal keeper was able to save it but the linesman then raised his flag for offside.

However, the Gunners successfully opened the scoring first in the 28th minute. Gabriel Martinelli became the first person to get his name on the scoreboard after sending Bukayo Saka’s pass into the bottom right corner of Crystal Palace’s goal.

Towards halftime, in the 43rd minute to be precise, it was Bukayo Saka’s turn to get his name on the scoreboard. The England star finished off after linking up a one-two with Ben White.

Ten minutes after the halftime break alias in the 55th minute, Granit Xhaka scored the third goal for Arsenal. Like Saka, the Swiss midfielder also played a one-two pass with Leandro Trossard before scoring.

Crystal Palace had time to reduce the lag in the 63rd minute. Jeffrey Schlupp finished off the ball he got from Olise. There was a rescan using VAR, but the goal was still awarded.

However, Arsenal scored again in the 74th minute. Bukayo Saka again put his name on the scoreboard after shooting the first time at the ball that was fed by Kieran Tierney. The 4-1 score closed the match.
