Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal are reportedly interested in making a move for Barcelona striker Ousmane Dembele this summer, according to caughofsight.
Barcelona signed Dembele for German Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund on a five-year-contract for €105million in last summer. The 20-year-old striker has established himself as one of the greatest talents of his generation during his career for Dortmund and Barcelona so far.
Dembele has struggled with injuries over the past months and has failed to build up consistency since arriving of Philippe Coutinho from Arsenal in January. However, Demble has scored two goals and six assists in 11 appearances for Barcelona this season.
The report claims that PSG manager Unay Emeri’s interest in Dembele has cooled and that the club are looking to the land the French international this summer as their top target.
At the end of last February, the Frenchman revealed that he had talks with PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi before deciding to join the Catalan clubs last summer.
“I met PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi. We had set up a meeting. It went really well. He’s a great CEO,” Dembele said to French journalists.
“What struck me about him is that he is very humble, he’s calm – I had never seen that. Honestly, he’s a good man.” Dembele added.

Barca’s striker Lionel Messi on the other side, he has also given blessing to his team-mate moves, with the Argentine believing that Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Griezmann will be a right choice to Barcelona.
The EPL clubs Arsenal, meanwhile, will no doubt be ended PSG’s target this summer. In Dortmund, Dembele played alongside Arsenal new striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, so both men could make a good teamwork at the Gunners next season.
On the other hand, Arsenal’s Alexandre Lacazette had started out so promising changed drastically with a knee injury and a new signing.
The French striker had already been struggling to score at Emirates Stadium, and the struggle got even worse and more of his control. Meanwhile Aubameyang is better player and overall striker.
But Lacazette believes he and Aubameyang can both play in the Arsene Wenger’s side. The 26-year-old striker has found the back of the net three times since returning from injury against Stoke City on April 1st, at Emirates Stadium.
