The Napoli winger’s agent, Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, has recently confirmed that Paris Saint-Germain have made a fantastic offer to take the player this summer.
PSG are preparing for a future without Kylian Mbappe, who will leave on a free transfer this summer.
Although the French side will not receive a transfer fee, they will save around 200 million euros and plan to reinvest the money into the squad.
Amid reports that Kvaratskhelia is attracting interest from Saudi Arabian teams, the 23-year-old’s agent revealed that it is PSG who are most aggressively trying to get his signature.
Kvaratskhelia is still under the same contract he signed when he arrived from Dinamo Batumi in the summer of 2022, so he only gets paid 1.5 million euros per season from Napoli.
“Interest from Saudi Arabian clubs is not true, but there is interest and an offer from PSG. It all depends on Napoli and De Laurentiis,” said Kvara’s agent, Mamuka Jugeli.
According to several reports, Les Parisiens have made a fantastic offer to Napoli management of 100 million euros.
News of PSG’s interest in Kvaratskhelia emerged after coach Luis Enrique admitted that he wanted several new players to fill the void left by Mbappe’s departure.
“Replacement Kylian will be part of the team, with the fans we have and the ambition of this club to win everything we will try in the coming seasons and we will see if we can achieve it,” said Enrique.
“This is a big challenge for every player who wants to come here. We want to make history. This club, sooner or later, will win the long-awaited Champions League.”
It seems that PSG’s plan to transport Kvaratskhelia away from Naples will see the green light. The reason is, the player looked frustrated with his declining performance and he was often replaced in the second half.

Kvara scored 11 goals and provided nine assists in 45 appearances in all competitions in 2023/24. His current contract at the Stadio Maradona will expire in 2027.
