Real Madrid Dream Eden Hazard This Summer

Real Madrid Dream Eden Hazard This Summer

Real Madrid President Florentino made a public statement in an interview. He believed that Chelsea’s Eden Hazard would join Los Blancos this summer.

It has appeared in recent weeks as if Hazard would move to the Santiago Bernabeu, with the club looking at him as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to reports, Madrid will pay Chelsea a transfer fee of £115 million for the introduction of Hazard, with a basic transfer fee of £100 million and an additional £15 million for floating terms. And Spanish giants are ready to pay the 28-year-old forward a massive £400,000-a-week to ward off other clubs interest.

‘We have been trying to make Hazard a Real Madrid player for several years. We are working on a project to make people dream again, where we recover our hunger and ambition. I have already lived through this stage before.” Perez said.

‘I have a dream that Hazard will arrive this year. Let’s make a good team this year. I am very interested in him coming to Real Madrid and I am very hopeful that he will come this year.

“He’s one of the great footballers. Last year we wanted him, but this year he only has one year left on his contract and it is easier.” Perez added.

Real is completing one of the worst seasons in recent history, there seems to be a feeling this is Zinedine Zidane’s fault. They occupy third place in the final table and with their Champions League dreams ended in the last 16 by Ajax.

However, fans believe Perez is a major reason why Real is currently suffering so much, the president has made some terrible decisions over the last year but nobody dares to criticize him.

Hazard was very close to joining Real in last summer, but decided to stay at the Blues. The Belgian star, who has enjoyed his best ever campaign for Chelsea, scoring 16 times and laying on 15 assists in the Premier League will likely make his final appearance for Chelsea in the Europa League final against Arsenal in Baku on Wednesday night.
