“I cannot imagine Cristiano leaving the club. This is he club, where he should be. Everyone loves him here. I don’t want to talk about his contract.
“What I am most interested in is matters on the pitch. That is what I talk to Cristiano about. Everything else manages himself, it is not my business.” Zidane added.

The 45-year-old manager is now under pressure due to Madrid current position at La Liga table standings after playing 18 matches so far. They are currently at fourth with 32 points, it would see them fall a huge 21 points behind the table leader Barcelona.
“I am not thinking about that. I want to concentrate to the team, I go day by day and will not change. It’s a difficult phase for me to have the future they designed for me, and I’ll try to bring good results on the ground.” Zidane said.
